About Sonari Davies

Sonari Davies is a highly empathetic, approachable, strategy-focused Behaviour Support Manager and Consultant in Education and is primarily responsible for working with schools, families, and local authorities to support children and young people with behavioural and SEND needs.She has a degree in Business Management and Marketing but decided to pursue a career in the Mental Health field after seeing the rise of mental health cases amongst young people and the lack of adequate resources to support them. She believes early intervention can help promote the holistic development young people need to lead happy, healthy, and impactful lives.Beyond her career, Sonari serves as a Mentor and was previously a member of the Governing Body at Winston Way Academy, where she sat on the SEND, Transition and Inclusion committee.
