I do not teach a diet program. There is no calorie counting or weigh-ins. I teach on four pillars of health; Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. Through these four pillars I teach you what to eat for proper nutrition, what to avoid eating to lessen the chance of illness, as well as fats, calories, fiber, protein, and other key concepts. We discuss the importance of exercise and how it affects the body’s biology to fight off heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes just to name the biggest ones that destroy families and individual lives.
