About Sondra Roop

I have over seven years of experience working in Human Resources. Currently I am a People Coordinator at tms. In this role, I provide HR operational services for our employees such as managing the freelancer processing for all of North America, as well as processing new hires, employment changes, and separations. I conduct new employee orientation on a weekly basis and serve as a point of contact for employees with their questions. I work on multiple projects as it relates to employee experience, internal processes, and more. I previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist for Quatrro Business Support Solutions. In this role, I provided HR services for several non-profit organizations across different industries in the Chicagoland area. Prior to my time with Quatrro, I was a Human Resources Business Partner at Geminus Corporation, where I provided all HR services for Geminus' sister company, Regional Mental Health Center.
