I'm currently an Architect on the Analytics team, working in the property and casualty industry for over 28 years now. My experiences have included working directly with clients which consisted of software companies, consulting companies, insurance companies, insurance agencies as well as government agencies throughout the course of my career. I've worked with Senior leadership as well as their clients supporting various service level agreements which range from service pack-oriented deliveries to full blown hosted services. I've supported the sales teams with prospective clients by putting together demonstrations or presentations geared to provide the level of confidence that both technical and business managers alike will understand and use to make incisive decisions for implementing new products and/or services. I've also led teams of software engineers on projects where I was the technical lead on multiple occasions and have trained many developers and business analysts over the years. I have great deal of experience in both commercial and personal lines, and have developed, maintained and enhanced various systems to meet customer demands. I have a very broad and strong technical background an architect as well as the necessary in-depth business knowledge needed to develop and deliver solutions that meet the customer's highest expectations. My Insurance experience crosses various aspects of the P&C industry which include Policy Administration, Claim Management, MGA, Compliance Reporting, Premium/Loss Reports, Ceded/Assumed Reinsurance Premium/Loss Treaties/Facultative, Quota Share/Surplus, Share/Excess of Loss, Catastrophe XoL, and Aggregate Stop Loss, Reinsurance Billing, Premium Billing as well as utilizing the ACORD schema when processing transactions.
