About Sonia Balduzzi

Hi! I’m a strategic designer currently based in Milan. I love design because it’s a powerful tool, and — if used consciously — it’s capable of improving people's lives. Therefore, I aspire to dedicate myself to significant projects and to help others to do the same, promoting social responsibility. I believe that in the future it will be possible to build design-centric societies that will use design ethically and responsibly; but to do this we must embrace the value of collaboration, abandoning individualistic logic and unfair rivalries, in favor of healthy competition. From my professional experience, I learned that seemingly difficult jobs are the most interesting, therefore I love challenges and changes. I am super curious and believe that cultural contamination, teamwork, and sharing are the basis for successful growth. As Communication Designer I have worked on complex and diverse projects, always guided by strategic thinking: from UX to brand identity, from communication campaigns to art direction.
