About Sonia Bergmann

I am a strategic thinker with extensive leadership experience in the delivery of successful large-scale business transformations across a broad range of industries and companies using lean, six sigma, and other methodologies. My experience spans from top-line growth to bottom-line improvement including operational and business performance improvement, strategy deployment, leadership development, employee engagement, project management & business development. My global industry experience includes health care, aerospace, high tech, continuous and discrete manufacturing, information systems, assembly, textiles, metal-working, commercial and services. I am advancing my skills and knowledge by pursuing an MBA degree and Master of Business Analytics at the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business. It will better enable me to lead organizations in utilizing analytics and technology at a higher level to help leaders make informed decisions with data insights, solve complex challenges, integrate artificial intelligence, and achieve enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and agility. I am excited to start this new chapter of learning and apply my combined experience to make a strong and positive impact.
