Over the last years I have been developing hard and social skills to scout new technologies and start ups solutions, to evaluate their impact on the market and to design innovative projects. Working on the theme of trends and their impact on companies allows me to anticipate new trends in terms of consumer, business, technology. Moreover I have been fascinated by the unexplored capacities of people human brains ad let me to explore the development of human resources and potentials by scouting and presenting humantech trends in many conferences both in italian and english. In recent times I have been studying and developing knowledge in the field of neuroscience, studying in particular- neuroscience and hr recruiting - neuroscience and learning - neuromarketing - neuroscience and art with even a pilot within the Bank. I finally developed a great experience in public speaking in a fluency and passionate way.
