About Sonia Kimpton

Over the last 10 years, I have helped scale small teams at fast-growing start-ups. Most recently A2X, I helped grow their product as their Head of UX Design to scale the business and product through transitions. In conjunction, I worked in a leadership capacity with the founders and executives to set objectives, help build the product roadmap and lead design strategy. At previous roles, I helped mentor and level up designers from junior and beyond. I supported designers by conducting one-on-ones, coaching, mentoring, design reviews, project planning, and helping set up OKR’s while keeping designers on track. I supported their work, and progress, as well as future goals and aspirations. I’ve hired senior designers and product managers along the way, who have made outstanding contributions to our teams.
