About Sonia Kofman

People often ask me what I do. I say: I help leaders, managers, and professionals align who they are, what they do, and how they do it. Through group programs, seminar interventions, meditation sessions, and individual coaching, I create powerful spaces where: Inner clarity becomes a driver for action Performance goes hand in hand with presence Being yourself is a luxury… and a strength My approach combines emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and strategic coaching. It is both demanding and deeply human — for transformations that are sustainable, personal, and collective. When we are at peace with ourselves, we can be at peace with the world. Pharmacist, e-commerce director, and now mindfulness facilitator and certified professional coach specialized in emotional intelligence — that is probably the closest to being me that it can be. That is where my quest for more authenticity and my love for human beings have naturally led me. I’ve been practicing mindfulness and yoga for over ten years, and have studied and explored various personal development tools for more than thirty years, both in the U.S. and in France. My personal journey, marked by several life challenges, allows me to share authentic tools, rooted in lived experience and aligned with my life philosophy.
