I have owned secondary homes and rental properties both in Washington and Texas, and understand the cost/value of owning and managing real estate. Prior to real estate, I honed my client services skills working with some of the premier customer service companies in the world - Nordstrom, Eddie Bauer and Deloitte Consulting. As a seasoned business executive, I have years of experience with contract management, financial analysis, complex negotiations and project management.
