Experienced professional engineer with years of diverse experience in rail, transportation, transit infrastructure, construction and management. As a Project manager at Stantec's Transportation/ Rail group, I have successfully completed numerous multimillion, multidiscipline complex transportation/ transit facility expansion/ development projects within budget and schedule with various delivery methods ranging from traditional Design Bid Build (DBB) to Design Build (DB), Public Private Partnerships (P3) and Alternative Financing and Procurement Projects. I am a proficient project manager with extensive technical knowledge in managing railway design/ construction projects including freight, passenger, light rail transit as well private spurs. I am also experienced in performing technical studies examples include but not limited to: performing viability assessments for developments adjacent to rail corridors, feasibility assessments, grade crossing assessments, track inspection, rail operations, train performance evaluation using Rail Traffic Controller (RTC simulation), train schedule.
