About Sonia Reyes

As Manager - Tech Productivity and Collaboration for R&D Research at Bristol Myers Squibb, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, I leverage my Microsoft 365 administrative skills and customer support experience to integrate MS capability solutions for end-users. I work closely with all levels of personnel to provide operational support across various business units and Research teams. I am a recently separated U.S. Air Force veteran with over 7 years of experience in Knowledge Management and Process Improvement. I managed the flow, distribution, and disposal of communications and information for Joint Base Lewis-McChord, collaborating with enterprise-level stakeholders and leading 14 employees across 4 work teams. I also completed a SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online migration over 6 months, overseeing the scheduling and data transfer of 64 site collections. I am dedicated to continuous growth and self-improvement. My goal is to link people, processes, and technologies to enable clear and concise decisions based on knowledge superiority.
