Managing wound drains. working with temporary/ external Pacemakers. Treatment of patients with balloon pumps and on ECMO. Treating and managing patients on invasive ventilators and non-invasive Airways. reading and correcting ABG. Administration of blood and blood products. Assisting with intubation. Managing tracheostomy. Starting and maintaining Enteral and peripheral feeds. Administration of Medication (oral, intravenous, Pr, Pv and Imi) Shift leader experienced(Staff allocation and administration) setting up of patients care plans Ordering of drugs Doctors round( assisting Doctors with procedures) managing and following doctors prescribed orders on time.
