I’m an Employee Relations & HR consultant with over 14 years of experience supporting educators, leaders, and organisations to build fairer, more inclusive workplaces.I specialise in employee relations strategy, industrial negotiations, policy consultation, and equality, diversity & inclusion. I’ve led regional teams, negotiated with multiple academy trusts, and supported educators at all levels - from newly qualified teachers to senior leaders - through complex casework, dispute resolution, and policy reviews.My work has helped improve employee engagement, resolve long-standing disputes, and shape inclusive policies that create safer, more equitable environments. I’ve designed and delivered workshops on race equality, organised conferences and events, led equality audits and action planning and helped to set up equality working groups that have driven real cultural change.I care deeply about people and believe that everyone deserves to feel respected, valued, and empowered at work. I bring strong communication skills, leadership presence, and a strategic mindset to every role - whether I’m managing teams, influencing policy, or delivering training.I hold a Level 7 CIPD-accredited Master’s in Human Resource Management and have over a decade of hands-on experience in EDI — not just as a concept, but as a lived practice.I’m currently open to new opportunities - consultancy, interim, or permanent - and I’m looking to connect with organisations that are serious about improving workplace culture, employee relations, and inclusion.Let’s build better workplaces together.
