I have an international reputation for advancing diversity and inclusion & have become a thought leader & speaker on diversity, inclusion, culture & engagement, employee wellbeing & the future of workplaces. I possess commercial acumen, change leadership and relationship building skills, which are underpinned by excellent communication skills, a strong intellect, and a demonstrated record of building successful HR teams that are key to their business’s success. As a pragmatic and creative professional, I have demonstrated experience at a senior level in transformational change, stakeholder engagement and leadership development. I have extensive HR generalist experience, enhanced by specialist Organisational Development and Inclusion & Diversity repertoires.
