Solving this in my own life and gaining interpersonal effectiveness has secured me wonderful, lasting relationships - with my husband, kids, family, friends, colleagues - and a career I love. It's an incredible journey I am proud of. As a qualified psychotherapist and executive coach I've helped countless others solve this in their lives too.
