About Sonja Goodwin

Sonja joined CLS in 2008. As Director of the PDI, Sonja is responsible for overseeing all of CLS’s training initiatives and CLS training programs, including assessment, planning, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day-to-day operations. She ensures that associates have the required tools, knowledge, and skills to perform their jobs. Sonja works with all employees to identify changes in the work environment to foster the learning culture. Sonja also instructs classes for MS Office applications and webinars on other topics as needed. CLS is committed to offering training to all of our employees, both project specific classes as well as professional development courses through our CLS Professional Development Institute. Our belief is that by providing professional educational opportunities that our employees will be more confident in handling their responsibilities, feel better about their career opportunities, and provide our clients with the best right of way services in the industry.
