About Sonja Mull

With almost 30 enjoyable years in the construction industry working on small to large-scale high-profile projects in all 4 sectors. My experience began in the field on the QC/QA side as a material technician, evolving to inspector, and inevitably various project administrative roles after obtaining my degree. Having a can-do-attitude complimented with a team player persona developed interpersonal skills quickly in the field and office environments allows me to foster and maintain solid working relationships. Representing owners, general contractors, testing firms, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout my career gives me a unique understanding of different key stakeholders perspectives have throughout a project which underscores working with the team in identifying issues and provide a cohesive proactive resolution. My educational and occupational experience provided my ability to introduce corporate procedures and processes resulting in cost and time savings, alongside my documentation and computer skills produced plans, reports, and force accounting for various projects. I continue to enjoy every day working with a team on a project and no matter the magnitude, size, or difficulty the project is, I treat them all with the same level of importance and value.
