About Sonja Neubauer

My mission is to help people to unfold, to unlock their potential and to work better together. Through my work, I want to make our (working) world better, more collegial and empathetic. In my work, I am constantly confronted with the "why" question. In coaching sessions, as part of transformations, in agile teams, in clarifying assignments and when looking after my niece. And with this WHY in the back of my mind, I try to go through life. To make sure that meaning and fulfillment go hand in hand with implementation orientation, further development and continuous learning. By chance I ended up in the coaching field and I am happy every day that I can use apparently simple tools like questions to help others gain insights, find themselves, develop resilience and see the positive in challenges.
