I am a driven sales professional with 8+ years of experience from various roles in sales and 14 years of experience in the HR/payroll field. My expertise and passion focus on growth enablement, sales excellence and aligning sales with internal stakeholders such as marketing, delivery and development. Some of the things I have accomplished-I created and lead totally new presales organisation and engaged and committed the organisation to a new operating model. This has made our processes more efficient, our people more happy and improved the communication with our customer-I renewed our local sales story to ignite more spark in customers and to keep up with market trends. This has brought value for our sales reps but also created more understanding in the entire organisation towards our business-I have broad experience in deploying new processes and operating models in organisations and never stop seeking to take things ”to the next level”. I'm at my best in diverse commercial tasks, where I can fully utilize my skills to manage big concepts, affect on sales strategies, engage with customers and renew operating models.
