With over 10 years of experience in additive manufacturing, I have a deep understanding of the industry's needs, challenges, and opportunities, and I leverage my expertise to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction. I also have a strong background in partner management, having built a network of market-leading technology and collaboration partners as a Learning Cooperation Manager at EOS, the world's leading provider of industrial 3D printing solutions. I developed comprehensive training programs for customers and employees, identified value and content gaps, and supported marketing and sales activities. Having worked as an Application Specialist at EOS, where I consulted and built demonstration parts for potential customers, led subprojects for R&D, and delivered customer trainings and know-how transfer.
