Long-standing experience in institutional communication, business development, project and executive management and business development in both private and public sector, enriched by entrepreneurial projects. I have a proven track record of high-performing project executive who delivers results in line with established goals, assigned budgets and timelines, even under strict deadlines and heavy workload. For over 20 years, I have sharpened my executive skills, ability to liaise with senior management and dignitaries, as well as to ensure efficient workflow in compliance with governing polices, rules and regulations. To this effect, I provide evidence of enforcement of procedural and process controls implemented to ensure sound stewardship of the program management to the auditors. I am proficient in business and public administration, as well as in conceiving, planning, budgeting, launching and monitoring of the implementation of foreseen projects and programs. Currently employed at the International Criminal Court where tasked with assisting the Program Manager in the implementation of the European Commission’s Grant and with the organization of large-scale & high-profile events designed to promote cooperative relationships between the Court and States Parties to the Rome Statute. Through my work at the ICC, I have significantly contributed to the improvement of the standard operating procedures, in achieving efficiencies, planning, procedural, cost-cutting and procurement enhancements and in building synergies among stakeholders. I am hard-edge taskmaster who successfully deals with complex situations and unforeseen circumstances. I am certified in diplomatic and UN protocol, thus adept in liaising with dignitaries, such as Court’s principals, Secretaries-General, Heads of State, Ministers, diplomatic corps, judicial experts, heads of civil society and international organizations, local authorities, academia, media and security departments of governments involved. I launched many major domestic and international brands, conceived complex marketing, branding, PR, direct marketing, B2B, promotion and media strategies, including numerous TVC productions, for all of which I was both nationally and internationally awarded in the field of creative communication and innovative business strategies. MSc degree with super honoris in Public Administration at Leiden University; BA degree with magna cum laude at the Faculty of Political Science at Università degli Studi di Milano; HBO in Corporate Communication at the Yugoslav Institute for Journalism.
