Expertise includes leading a team in the regular reporting of a medium-sized state organization’s financial position and managing the daily accounting functions for A/P, A/R, payroll, grants, and projects. Proficiencies include reporting cash flow, debt, and investment activities. Leadership roles involve safeguarding capital assets, financial risk management, project governance, developing financial models, evaluating and reporting the planning vs. spending activity related to government fund operations, and custodial projects funded by federal, state, and local stakeholders for infrastructure and transportation initiatives important to the North East Florida metro area.
