About Sonja Ritt

As a graduated Master's student in Human Resource Education and Management at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich I am currently employed as a Recruiter at Kooku Recruiting GmbH. Therefore, I work in recruiting projects covering processes from kick-off with clients to successful hire as well as consulting in recruiting strategy and sustainable talent acquisition management. During my studies I did several internships and student jobs that showed me all different fields of HR. With this, I gained experience in the field of recruiting including sourcing, leading interviews, negotiating contracts and creating a pleasant onboarding journey. In addition, I got the chance to work with the Global HR Team of Munich Re, and being involved in international strategic HR projects about Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Assessment and Employer Branding. With my last working student job I furthermore got to work in Learning and Development. Within this job I was responsible for organizing trainings, creating a wholesome onboarding experience as well as tracking training success for audits. Furthermore, I was in close exchange with managers to discuss their team's training needs.
