Motivate and lead a high performing Treasury Services Product Team to ensure the smooth support of Treasury Services products; attract, recruit and retain team members. Engages and develops the team by fostering an open collaborative environment where best practices are shared. Mentor team members utilizing Strength Based Leadership Objectives. Analyze operational effectiveness of all treasury products; determine cause for any gaps in operational effectiveness, make recommendations to the Director, and implement process improvement plans as needed. Achieve financial objectives; forecast annual expenses and operate within budgetary guidelines; analyze variances and make adjustments as needed. Direct the daily functions of the Treasury Services Product Team and manage escalation for problem resolution. Provide support for the implementation of new products, services, regulatory change integration and/or software programs within the Treasury Services Department in order to help provide better service to internal and external clients and stimulate new growth as directed. Coordinate with Compliance team to ensure policies, procedures and controls remain in compliance with regulatory requirements; complete audits as needed to manage compliance and operational risk. Serve as an escalation contact regarding card products; maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction and operating efficiencies. Responsible for maintaining and growing vendor relationships. Act as a project lead for all new Banks and acquisitions ensuring successful integration into CrossFirst Bank organization, systems and operational excellence.
