About Sonnette Stander
The proud owner and CEO of Kei Property Consultants CC trading as Kei Commercial. Sonnette started her career as an Estate Agent in 1989. In 1995 Sonnette, along with partners, took the leap of faith as an entrepreneur and opened Kei Property Consultants CC trading as Kei Properties based in King Williams Town. The business predominately focused on the sales and rental of residential property. In 1998 she became the sole member of the close corporation. At this time, the company became even more involved in the areas of commercial property management. Sonnette relocated the office to East London and changed the trade name “Kei Commercial” as it stands today. This long-term voyage of resilience carved the way for Sonnette, the Warrior Women. Sonnette set a goal of climbing Kilimanjaro in 2022, as a fitting way to bid a final farewell to her late husband. Much grit was needed to surpass the challenges faced, but the achievement of this goal has inspired many. In turn this inspired Sonnette as a calling to share her life’s journey as a motivation to others to never give up.
