About Sonni Mun

When I was a resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center, I became fascinated by Palliative Medicine. As a clinician, I was drawn to palliative care because it emphasized improving communication between patients and their medical providers. My last full-time clinical role was as medical director of an inpatient hospice where I became increasingly interested in using technology to empower patients and enhance communication with clinicians. At Quality Reviews, I get to apply my knowledge of healthcare IT and clinical workflows to help healthcare organizations improve engagement so that they can focus on taking care of patients.
