With over four years of experience in Salesforce administration and business analysis, I have extensive skills and experience in requirements gathering, designing, building, and delivering solutions, documentation, training, and support for Salesforce CRM and other integrated applications. I am passionate about leveraging Salesforce to enable and empower businesses to achieve their objectives and enhance their performance. I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects involving system changes, testing, integration, reporting, and dashboards for various stakeholders, using tools such as Flows, Formulas, Custom Objects, and Sales Engagement.
