As a member of both the Chartered Professional Accountants [CPA] of Ontario and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants [ACCA]; I am an experienced professional, with almost twenty [20] years of Accounting, Audit and Finance experiences, focusing on cultivating efficiency and creating stringent internal control systems. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting [Hons] and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business. My work experience includes being responsible for analyzing and administering the full accounting process cycle: assisting daily with the management of the company's working capital, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, coding & processing Journal Entries, reconciling various General Ledgers and several high-volume bank accounts (different currencies), assisting with and leading the monthly and fiscal period-end procedures, as well as working directly with senior management team to streamline strategic decision-making information. I’ve achieved advance knowledge of various software applications, namely; Google Docs and programs, Microsoft Teams and OnDrive, PeopleSoft, FSO, CBord Micros, Odyssey, Microsoft Dynamics GP, SAP, Blackline reporting, Replicon, Concur, The Agency Manager (TAM), Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. I also have the knowledge and aptitude to exhaust all available resources at my disposal to bridge any educational or experience gaps that may exist throughout my occupation; such as researching, interpreting and applying international and local Audit and Accounting Principles [e.g. IFRSs, ISAs and other local Canadian/US GAAPs]. I take pride in the strong interpersonal & communication skills I possess and my ability to learn and adapt quickly. With proven ability to work effectively remotely and/or in person, I am extremely proficient in multi-tasking, with excellent planning and organizational skills to meet stringent deadlines. I am analytic, discreet, loyal and work well both autonomously and/or within a team.
