About Sonya Elena

As a specialist in Customer Service and Administrative Assistant my approach has been “always people first”. I excel in business by providing exceedingly above average customer service to both internal and external clients, while having a consistently encouraging attitude and an unwavering commitment to follow through. I am highly motivated to give back to the community and have demonstrated this through a life of service. For the past 11 years, I have been successful as a volunteer mentor and advocate, instructing and teaching youth, teens and young adults in life skills and financial literacy as well as assisting seniors with accessing the resources they require. I am especially equipped and enthusiastic to be an invaluable asset to any non-profit environment serving as an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative or Office Manager. Specifically, I excel in my work by combining my troubleshooting, multi-tasking and technical support skills with excellent communication and detailed organizational skills. What’s unique about me is my passion for advocacy, the ability to establish rapport quickly with coworkers and clients, and always driving results.
