About Sonya Kaleel

I’m a coach for superheroes! Leaders already have special powers, but sometimes they need help teaming up, practicing new moves, or finding the right tools. I help them connect, build trust, and use their powers together so their organizations and communities can thrive. My work weaves together leadership development, organizational strategy, culturally responsive practice, and inclusive facilitation to support meaningful and sustained change. Whether I’m coaching executives, designing learning experiences, or guiding culture transformation, I create space to center people, advance equity, and shape systems that reflect our shared values. At the core of my approach is a belief that we don’t just respond to injustice—we reshape the conditions that allow it to persist and create new ones. I support leaders in stepping into their roles with clarity, care, and connection—inviting embodiment and purpose into the heart of how change happens.CliftonStrengths: Connectedness * Strategic * Relator * Learner * IntellectionMyersBriggs: ENFJ
