Initially hired as a Bartender while pursuing a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, I direct ambitious revenue growth, operations, and customer experience in a dynamic, high-volume environment. I am a natural relationship builder who develops cohesive and highly productive teams by identifying each employee’s unique talents and then placing them in an optimal position to succeed. Of particular note, I have been tapped by my Area Director to either directly manage or provide consultation to a number of underperforming units. In all instances, I successfully analyzed business operations and implemented strategic overhauls that ultimately improved performance across all major KPI’s.
