I am an HR leader with varied experience in the professional services industry. An extensive experience that allowed me to build up strong recruiting and HR knowledge from different viewpoints: Sourcing, Recruiting, Employer Branding, Pipeline Management and Candidate Experience, Program Management and People Advisor role. In my last role I was part of Accenture Executive Talent Acquisition Team solely responsible for Talent Fulfillment of our Leadership roles. This role involved managing the Demand Supply engine and hence I have built deep business and functional skills working closely with senior Business and HR Leaders across multiple teams Globally. As part of my current role, I am with Accenture's Lateral Talent Acquisition team managing sourcing for our technology positions.
