Currently: I manage 7 large Velcro industrial distributors by assisting in projects that require fasteners for a wide variety of applications: Trade show displays, industrial windows and roofing, military spec uniforms, food packaging. These customers represent one of Velcro's largest revenue streams so I am counted on to provide a great experience and competitive pricing to my customers, while meeting margin goals and growth standards for Velcro. I communicate with my customers daily to answer technical questions about our products, deliver pricing, provide sample parts, coordinate project plans, educate them about new products, and connect them with appropriate engineers for inquiries regarding any specialized applications. I speak with my leadership on a daily basis to provide revenue forecasts and collaborate on growth strategies. I collaborate with engineers to identify which parts would best fit my customers' needs and applications. I also work with Customer Experience Representatives to ensure that our orders are processed efficiently, sample parts are sent out, and leadership is made aware of any supply/order changes.
