About Sophia Cimelli

I’m a multidisciplinary designer with a passion for crafting visually compelling and commercially effective design. As a Junior Designer at Flight Story, I work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where creativity meets strategy. My designs don’t just look good but they’re built to perform, tested to drive engagement, and constantly evolving to stay ahead of trends. Before joining Flight Story, I worked as a freelance graphic designer, pursuing my passion for design within the media industry. I had the opportunity to collaborate with creators like The Burnt Chip, Italian Bach, and Steven Bartlett’s Diary of a CEO, working on visuals, branding and illustration. I graduated from The Manchester School of Art in 2024 with a First-Class BA in Graphic Design. In my final year, I co-led the Graphic Design Degree Show, winning the pitch alongside two other students. I led the social media and motion design, gaining hands-on experience that prepared me for the fast-moving creative industry.
