I have just finished Master’s degree in food science and technology and I am looking forward to contribute to your company if you’re currently looking for a food scientist. As a food scientist my field of profession is very diverse: I analyze components chemically or physically with analyzation methods such as the Kjehdahl method or a rheometer to further draw conclusions about the composition. Moreover, food safety is a key aspect in food science to protect consumers in compliance with the law, and includes me analyzing the microbiome for further asessments. I put these insights into perspective to further fine-tune processing methods, and strive to find solutions that are not only safe and efficient but also innovative and above average. I was very lucky to gain professional experience around the world and learn about different cultures and approaches with is an enrichement to my carreer and personal growth, and I am looking forward to future challenges and opportunities.
