I am a seasoned veteran (code for old) of the residential real estate industry in Tampa. Starting in 2004, I opened my brokerage in 2016 when clients and family encouraged me to put my financial well-being at risk. Having built a business by word of mouth and unreasonable care for my clients, it felt right to devote time and resources to those that supported my professional development. I have not looked back. Getting a client the price they want when they Sell or Buy a home is a big deal, and I really enjoy walking through the process with our clients so that they feel good about their decisions. I treat my clients with integrity and respect… the way I'd want to be treated.As a small business owner, I am invested in the success of our clients and the integrity of our efforts. Working independently outside the big-box brokerages allows me to ensure our clients have a personalized experience that can meet their needs with ease and simplicity. Flexibility is key - real estate is ever-changing. I have contributed to panels with Inman Connect, the Tampa Bay Business Journal, and am seen as a regular "expert" on BayNews9, a local news affiliate. I am also passionate about giving back to Tampa's Arts, education, and local environmental groups. I grew up in Atlanta, GA, spent summers on Davis Islands on the water, and attended Savannah College of Art & Design (good ole southern gal)- and graduated with degrees in Video and Film with a minor in Art History. All of the letters under my email signature are professional designations that keep my skill set high as value to clients. I enjoy wellness retreats, outdoor activities, and creating incredible memories with friends and family. I've been living in Tampa full-time since and I have one inspiring daughter and Rolo (our lab-mix sweetheart).
