About Sophia Starinsky

I am an alumnus of West Chester University, holding a bachelor’s degree in business and finance. During my academic journey, I gained valuable experience through internships, starting as a Business Strategy Analyst where I developed market insights into the chemical and petrochemical industries. I then interned as a Finance Analyst, applying my financial skills to prepare reports and conduct reviews. Currently, I work as a Customer Service Representative, acting as a liaison between my company and its customers. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging in intellectual conversations while building strong relationships with customers. Although the role presents challenges, I find it highly rewarding, particularly when I can help resolve issues and contribute to customer satisfaction.
