From a young age, I was actively involved in my family's business. The skills and techniques I acquired during this time continue to shape my approach to work and have proven instrumental in my professional endeavors. Currently, at PassTime, I hold a pivotal role overseeing the complete range of business operations. This entails spearheading the development and implementation of innovative processes and systems aimed at maximizing efficiency. Additionally, I lead cross-functional teams and cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate collaborative success. My colleagues characterize me as a motivated and resourceful individual who maintains a positive and proactive attitude even when faced with challenges. Key Accomplishments- Managed the implementation of system upgrades, reducing order processing time by 56% and saving 500 hours of manual work per year- Recognized by Cherokee Media Group as part of their 2022 class of "40 Under 40" for using technology to increase operational efficiency. Outside of my professional commitments, I actively contribute to the Vancouver Young Professionals Rotaract Club as a board volunteer. This organization's core values of Fellowship, Integrity, Diversity, Service, and Leadership resonated deeply with me from the outset. Through the club, I dedicate my spare time to supporting local organizations in achieving their goals, whether through hands-on volunteering or fundraising efforts. Key Accomplishments- Chaired a successful fundraising auction and gala, raising over $30k gross for the Urban Native Youth Association with 150 attendees- Received the "Rotaractor of the Year" award in 2020 for exceptional dedication to the club's initiatives.
