About Sophie Chen

I am an accredited organisational coach and the founder of Leap with Sophie Chen, a coaching and consulting company that helps passionate and ambitious female executive leaders in the luxury hospitality, gaming and travel sector to be more confident and assertive in order to experience accelerated career growth. I have over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry, mostly in F&B, a very male-dominated field, where I managed diverse teams of up to 700 people and achieved operational excellence and service quality. I know exactly how it feels to be exhausted, lost, and overlooked in your career. I have been in your shoes, and I have been vulnerable, doubtful, and frustrated. I have also been successful, resilient, and empowered. I want to share my insights, skills, and strategies with you, and help you break down your barriers, align your goals and behaviour, amplify your voice, unleash your potential, and exude your confidence. I want to be your change champion, your mentor, your partner, and your cheerleader. Let me help you take the next leap in your career and lead with purpose and clarity.
