Luxembourg “Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé”, I am a former audit partner in the Luxembourg office with over 29 years of experience, including 4 years in Paris office. I was the chief of operations for the Luxembourg firm since June 2018 after 7 years leading the audit department and Iwas a member of the Executive Committee between 2010 and 2020. I am now sharing my time between hosting tourists in old renovated houses in Brittany France and facilitation course at French university As an auditor, I am specialised in the audit of consolidated accounts being listed groups, private equity held groups or family business owned groups. I have a large experience for audit of consolidated accounts either under Lux GAAP and IFRS. In addition, I have been a member of the Luxembourg Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises’ Board and leader of the training commission of the Institute from 2011 to 2018. I am also a member of the ILA’s Board “Luxembourg Directors’ Institute” since 2011. I have previously lectured consolidation at ICN (Institut Commercial de Nancy, France) and at the University of Luxembourg.
