About Soraya Fish

I'm a Health Educator/ Health Consultant. I am married to a wonderful man who has support me 100% in my school career. Together we have three beautiful children that brings joy to our lives. I consider myself an outgoing person, who enjoys to learn about optimal health in the areas of nutrition and mental health. I have few aspirations: To build my own business with my design health program to be used around the world. This program would teach the individual the right tools and how to use them to improve their health and lifestyle for a long lasting happy life. My goal is to bring awareness of healthy eating and lifestyle to people by implementing my optimal health program so they can make intelligent choices and make the changes they need. In order to achieve my goal, I’m in the process of building my signature program online. Second, I provide health coaching sessions that helps people make changes to improve their lifestyle. Third, I seek collaboration among community programs, health departments, program initiatives, corporations that have the same mind set to improve their community's health. Lastly, provide health presentations on topics on demand in the local communities such as schools, clinics, employers, and churches. I like to be dynamic and fun with my presentations. I like new challenges plus I take any opportunity that life brings to learn and build a strong mind and attitude towards life. I enjoy sharing my life experience and what I learn and teach others positive things of life. Life matters to me, therefore, I care about my health, my family's health and people's health. I believe and love God with all my heart and soul, and I believe His word, the Bible is my manual that directs my path to make better decisions, improve my spiritual life, and be successful in the career goals I set up for the present and future.
