My leadership strengths are rooted in the executing domain of the CliftonStrengths framework, where consistency, responsibility, and focus define my approach. These qualities are evident in my professional and academic pursuits, from optimizing daily logistics as a valet and caddie at Nakoma Golf Club to contributing to a Lean Six Sigma project that forecasted a $2.5 million recovery improvement. My reliability and attention to process also emerge in my leadership of cross-functional teams and the selection for high-achievement programs like the Supply Chain Scholars of Distinction and the Heath Integrated Business and Engineering Program.
