A Registered Nurse (BSN) educated at Seattle University, with comprehensive experience in home healthcare, pediatric respiratory complexities, and pediatric medical-surgical hospital care. Since entering the nursing field in September 2021, I have provided high-quality care to medically fragile pediatric clients by consistently prioritizing safety, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes, and applying evidence-based interventions and practices for every client under my care.Building on my experience as the Clinical Coordination Manager at Ashley House Country Home (AHCH), where I helped stabilize operations, trained integrated staff to Ashley House standard procedure, and strengthened a recently merged program, I now serve as the Clinical Administrative Manager for AHCH, overseeing all house operations and focusing on clear structure, strong clinical leadership, and a collaborative, accountable team culture.I have also served as the Staff Development Coordinator at Ashley House, guiding new nurses through orientation, leading training on medical equipment—including ventilators—and contributing to the development of organizational training procedures.
