With over 20 years of experience in leadership, customer service, and sales, I’ve built a reputation for driving performance, mentoring diverse teams, and delivering exceptional results across industries. I’ve trained representatives on systems, policies, and quality standards—both in-office and remotely—and led the launch of new call centers across the U.S. and internationally. My strengths include resolving escalated issues, coaching for performance, and fostering motivated, high-achieving teams. In addition to my corporate leadership, I serve as Co-Servant at Restored Life Ministries alongside my husband, offering spiritual guidance, emotional counseling, and community outreach. I lead new member classes, support families through life transitions, and connect individuals with resources to meet both spiritual and practical needs. Passionate about youth empowerment, I actively engage in mentoring and organizing initiatives that promote self-love, confidence, and purpose. Notable achievements include authoring two inspirational books: I Love Me, a youth-focused guide promoting self-worth and confidence, and 50 Days of Praise, a spiritual devotional designed to deepen faith and encourage daily reflection.
