About Sorin Paun

Sorin Paun is a Partner in Ascendis and Co-founder at Code of Talent. He relies on over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, multinational companies and consulting. He now leads projects in organizational development, with an impact both at the level of processes and systems and at the level of skills and competences. He is passionate about learning design and he believes in the power of evolution generated by microlearning. For more than 2 years he is generating content for enaging micro-learning journeys being involved in more than 400 digital development projects with more than 100 multinational companies. Since 2004 he has been a Celemi World Master Facilitator for simulations in strategy, knowledge management, project management, management of opportunities and business finance, facilitating over 600 accelerated learning programs in Romania, Turkey, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Russia, Philippines, Bulgaria and Hungary for over 120 client organizations. Since 2005, Sorin has been an accredited Human Synergistic International consultant and has led over 20 organizational change projects in industries such as IT & C, Banking, Production, Retail and Energy. In 2011, when Ascendis had a spectacular growth and consolidated its position as market leader, Sorin was nominated by Business Magazine for the top 100 Young Managers. He is a pragmatic optimist, dependent on friends and family. He believes that opportunity is the moment when luck meets preparation, and tries to transform as many lucky opportunities as he can into capitalized opportunities. Sorin has a BSc in Audit, from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
