I am a senior Freelance Project Manager with experience in medium and large international projects and programs. 21 years total experience in IT area as System Analyst, IT Manager and Project/Program Manager. 14 years international Project Management. Industries: Telecom, Consulting/IT Services, Engineering, Retail/Healthcare. Proven leadership, coaching and management skills, I lead international and multicultural teams and IT projects with complex systems integration, mixed stakeholders from C level to technical experts and vendors. Due to the nature of my projects, I have always stayed close to the technology on both the hardware and software sides. I am experienced in recruiting, building and forming teams and in using a variety of project management methodology, including PMI-PMP, Prince2, IPMA and Agile. I am very passionate about project management and business and I believe the key to success is building strong interpersonal relations based on trust.
