With over five years of experience in IT services and security, I am a Senior Information Security Manager at Xyfon Solutions, a leading provider of managed IT solutions for small and medium businesses. In this role, I oversee the security of Xyfon's IT infrastructure, network, and data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. I also manage a team of IT professionals, providing them with guidance, training, and support. Additionally, I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and auditors, to address security issues and risks, and implement solutions. Some of my achievements include securing a large contract with a major client, improving the security posture of Xyfon's cloud services, and enhancing the security awareness and culture of the organization. I have a strong background in IT management and administration, having worked as an IT Manager and a System Administrator at Xyfon Solutions, for over four years. There, I was responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the IT systems and networks of various clients, as well as providing help desk and technical support. I also participated in several projects, such as migrating and upgrading servers, deploying and configuring firewalls, and implementing backup and recovery solutions. I hold an Associate's Diploma in Network Systems Engineering from CDI College, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Islamic Azad University. I also have the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. I am proficient in Help Desk Support, Technical Support, and Windows Server, among other skills. I am passionate about IT security and management, and I enjoy learning new technologies and tools to enhance my knowledge and skills.
