Allumni of IIM Ranchi I am a results-oriented and growth-driven business leader with over 18 years of experience in the telecom and infrastructure sector. I have a proven track record of delivering 10X revenue growth, improving EBITDA, and increasing network availability and customer satisfaction across multiple regions and projects. As the Circle Head-Odisha at Towervision India Pvt Ltd, I oversee the entire business operation of 120 Mn, managing the Capex and Opex, and ensuring the strategic vision and project planning. I have brought the circle in rank 2 from 13 within one year, reduced the operational SLA penalty by 85%, and achieved an EBITDA of 58%. I am also pursuing a PGCP in Advance General Management from to enhance my skills and knowledge.
