What I'm really passionate about is using Lean Six Sigma to simplify processes, swiftly resolve payment issues, and help our team work smarter. And lately, I’ve been adding a new superpower: AI tools. By integrating AI tools—like data reconciliation and using generative AI to draft reports—I’ve slashed repetitive tasks and freed up the team for more strategic work.
